We also store this information in our website database for backup and possible future reference. We may also retain email correspondence on our server and in our email client for future reference.

Content from Other Websites

We do not include or embed content from other websites.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data, stored in text files, that are stored on your computer or other device when websites are loaded in a browser. They are widely used to ‘remember’ you and your preferences, either for a single visit (through a ‘session cookie’) or for multiple repeat visits (using a ‘persistent cookie’). They ensure a consistent and efficient experience for visitors, and perform essential functions such as allowing users to create an account and remain logged in.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

This Site uses cookies by our trusted content network, Cloudflare, that cannot be disabled to identify trusted web traffic.

eCommerce

Our eCommerce system, WooCommerce, requires payment through PayPal, which may collect Personal Information from you. Data collected includes your full name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number. We retain this data both in our Site database and in our PayPal account to communicate with you about your purchases.

We will never directly request payment or credit information from you or store any of your payment information. All transactions go through PayPal and we do not have access to your payment information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyze Log Data. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled. We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Mailing List

Our site uses a third party mailing list service, MailChimp, which stores Personal Information when you subscribe. We use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link at the end of mailing list messages from us. Otherwise, we may retain your information in MailChimp indefinitely.

Data Sharing

We do not share or sell your data with third parties. We do use some WordPress plugins on this website that may pass data, including personal information, to external servers to process, such as Akismet Anti-Spam or Jetpack by WordPress.com. We mainly use WordPress plugins that are hosted by WordPress.org, which clearly prohibits tracking of users without their explicit consent.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Data Rights

If you have submitted any personal data on our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You can view, update, download or delete your personal data at any time by request through our contact form.
